Return & Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, Pharma Dropper maintains strict return and refund policies.

1. Prescription Medications

All sales of prescription medications are final once shipped. Returns cannot be accepted in compliance with federal health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Prescription (OTC) Items

Eligible for return if unopened, unused, and in original packaging, within 8 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in cases of:

• Non-delivery within promised time frame.
• Wrong or damaged product delivered.
• Order cancellation prior to dispatch.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Process

Our team will respond within 2 business hours and advise next steps.
